Vectis - XP700 upgrade kit

this kit comprises one XP700 MA-ter pressure switch, one reshaped copper 'U' pipe with a 1/4" fitting for connecting the XP700 MA-ter to the boiler, additional wires to wire the XP700 into the Vectis

an installation video is being prepared.  the kit allows existing Vectis owners to bring their Vectis up to the current production specification

what does the addition of a relay do?  it takes the current load off the contacts of the mechanical pressure switch so they are only left to carry what i would call a signalling current, which means the contacts last exponentially longer as the relay bears the current load instead

we have had an issue with the MA-ter pressure switches not lasting as long as we would like, particularly on the 120V machines where the current load is double, given both the 120V and 240V editions of the Vectis have a heating element with the same power rating, 1300W
